All products are described to the best of our ability and are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Prices, stock levels and lead times shown or quoted are indicative until confirmed in writing.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation and is subject to our standard terms of sale, which we provide with the quotation.

3. Orders and export

Orders are confirmed only when we issue written acceptance. Where goods are exported, the buyer is responsible for compliance with the import requirements of the destination country unless otherwise agreed.

Export documentation is prepared per shipment. Duties, taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer responsibility unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
